Due to the current COVID-19 response as well as social distancing policies, the UnderOneRoof conference committee has made the very difficult decision to cancel the May 19-20, 2020 conference. The cancellation is meant to reduce the risk of potentially spreading the virus to our health care and emergency response community.
For those who have registered, we will be issuing full refunds as soon as possible in the same form that registration was completed. Notices of cancellation and refunds will come via the billing email address. Also, please remember to cancel any hotel reservations you may have made. Our staff will work diligently to complete refunds as quickly as possible. Our goal is to process all of these by 7 April 2020.
This event is the highlight of our year and it has become a professional gathering among people that we consider close friends. Thank you for your continued support of the UnderOneRoof Conference and thank you for your effort in supporting your community during this challenging time.
We look forward to hosting you all again in beautiful Duluth on May 18-19, 2021.
